CONDOR LANDLIFE is a liquid soil conditioner that changes heavy soils or high clay content soils into a more usable form.It is an "IONIC EXCHANGE RESIN" that changes the small electronic charges on the clay particles so that they can aggregate, behaving more like normal soil particles. It is a safe , convenient and effective way to obtain more usable soil and better utilization of existing soil nutrients.

CONDOR AG is ideal for use in garden situations. It is merely waterd over the surface to a depth of several inches. By breaking down hard soil it enables plant root systems to penatrate far more rapidly than untreated soil.

LAWNS:

A frequent abuse of lawns is over-watering,which results in soggy surfaces and poor drainage. This often supports the growth of moss. With the use of CONDOR the drainage potential is dramatically increased, disease risk is reduced and moss is killed due to the absence of surface water. In hot weather it reduces the tendancy of the surface to harden or bake over, thereby enabling water to penatrate.

CONDOR LANDLIFE has been used extensively in Australia, and JAPAN with dramatic results saving thousands of dollars in replacing surface areas that are not responding to conventional treatments. The problems of surface water can be eliminated by pouring the concentrate directly into the water and mixing it in. The water will drain and the ground will be freed of surface water for extended periods.

Before planting fill the hole with a diluted solution of "CONDOR LANDLIFE" allow to soak in, plant tree or shrub.

Then treat back fill and the surrounding area with more solution. This enables the tree or shrub to establish it's rooting system more rapidly than in un treated soil, thereby increasing the survival rate, and aiding in it's healthy development.

CONDOR LANDLIFE will not improve a high quality topsoil that has good drainage characteristics. But in poor, heavy, and clay soils, dramatic results have been recorded. CONDOR LANDLIFE has shown a much higher and healthier crop yeild in these soil types. It will reduce the tendency of soils to crust, crack or bake over, thereby allowing better water penatration. In very wet situations it will drain boggy areas, increasing the potential and viability of the land.
