WHAT DOES CONDOR L.R. DO?

CONDOR L.R. is a safe non - toxic clean up agent for such problems as petroleum fuel spills or storage tank leaks.

It is a natural 'Bioremedial" tool in toxic waste clean up.

CONDOR L.R. permits "on location" or adjacent to site treatment followed by re-use of the cleaned up soil, with obvious savings in money and time.

In cleaning the soil which remains

in place or "in-situ" the process is a mild biodegradation assisted by greatly accelerated native bacterial growth. There is a slight sulfuric acid biodegradation that attacks the dead organic matter, which includes all petroleum based materials, such as fuels, pesticides, herbicides, termiticides, and many other derivatives. The bacterial growth is encouraged by the process in that the bacteria is provided with a very favorable enviornment, which dramatically accelerates the growth of native bacteria

When the contamination in the soil is gone, the bacteria even cleans up any of the remaining product used in the process. The result of this activity is carbon dioxide and water, a totaly safe by product.
