CONDOR Soil Stabilizer controls the moisture content of clay and other fine grained soils, which increases their support value and reduces their tendency to shrink and swell. As a proven stabilization compound, it has been used on unpaved roads throughout the world for decades, as well as by many North American Governmental agencies, contractors, engineers, and developers.
CONDOR Soil Stablizer works by changing a soil's basic electrochemical nature, which inhibits it's ability to associate with water. In untreated soils, clay platelets have a negative charge that attracts and bonds with positively charged water molecules. CONDOR Soil Stabilizer has a far stronger positive charge than water and replaces the water bonded to soil particles. The freed water drains or evaporates from the soil.

* Improves all weather trafficability by eliminating or reducing ruts, frost heaves, pot holes, and other common road problems.
* Reduces road thickness design and construction costs.
* Limits dust and surface material loss.
* Lowers Road maintenance costs.
* Increases support value
* conserves non-renewable resources

CONDOR Soil Stabilizer is used to maintain and upgrade existing roads.
In new construction it can strengthen subgrade soils. This reduces excavation and thickness of aggregate and other road building materials needed.
"typical topical application"
(scarification method)
*TOPICAL APLICATION :
It is added after or during scarification to a depth of up to 18 inches (46cm). The surface materials are then mixed, spread, and compacted.
* INJECTION APPLICATION :
Treatment can be from 18in . (46cm) to 15 feet (5m) in depth, depending on the need. This method can be used on new and existing paved roads to treat sub-based materials.
